Egalitaire....

The French word égal means equal, and égalitaire is the belief that all people are equal and deserve the same rights and opportunities.

Our track Egalitare is a reflection of our beliefs of equality. The current times especially are exposing the gulfs in social and economic equity across the world. But we are at a knife edge of change and positive momentum will tip the balance for the better.

We composed this track to juxtapose a sense of hope and optimism with drive and momentum to force resolve. An interweaving saxophone and guitar line were written to meander the verses in their own equality with a hopeful feel supported by the grooving backbeat. These harmonies build to a lift in the main hook section introducing new elements which develops in the final refrain into an uplifting chorus.
